Product Description

RV-20E RV-40E RV-80E RV-110E RV-160E RV-320E RV gear reducer High Precision Zero Backlash RV gearbox

Product Description

Core Product Performance

• Super High Precision: Adopting a two-stage reduction structure (involute planetary gear reduction + cycloidal pinwheel reduction), the transmission error is controlled at the arcminute level, which can accurately realize the positioning and motion control of equipment, and is suitable for high-precision application scenarios.
• Strong Rigidity & High Load Capacity: The multi-tooth meshing design of cycloidal gears and pin teeth effectively improves the bearing capacity and anti-overturning moment. Even under heavy load conditions, it can maintain stable operation without transmission deformation.
• Efficient Transmission & Low Noise: The coaxial layout optimizes the power transmission path, the transmission efficiency is as high as 85%-95%, and the optimized gear profile design reduces the operation noise, realizing energy-saving and environmentally friendly transmission.
• Long Service Life: Core components are made of high-strength alloy materials, through strict forging, heat treatment and precision processing processes. After fatigue testing and aging verification, the service life is far higher than that of traditional reducers, reducing maintenance costs for customers.

Main Applications

Industrial Robotics, CNC Machine Tools, Aerospace, Automotive Manufacturing, Medical Devices, New Energy etc.
