Q1. How to find correct parts?
A: Give us spare part code or part name and machine model & brand, then we could choose the correct spare parts for you.
Q2. What is your transport?
A: For spare parts, we usually deliver by air or by express. For bulk cargo, we usually ship by sea to the port of destination.
After shipment, we will track items until you receive them.
Q3. Terms of payment?
A: 30% TT in advance as deposit, and 70% balance paid before delivery.
Q4. Delivery time?
